The regular monthly board meetings are usually held the first Thursday of each month providing it does not fall on the first, second or third day of the month. When this occurs the board meeting is held the second Thursday of the month.
The April through November meetings are at 7:00 P.M. The December through February meetings are at 1:30 P.M.
The Annual Meeting is held on a Saturday in March. The regular Board meeting begins at 9:00 A.M. with lunch being served at 12 noon. The Annual meeting starts at 1:00 P.M.
We mail out letters containing the dates and information about the Annual meeting. It is also published in the newspapers, in our newsletter, and on the face of the telephone bill.
